The undisputed king of cool, Icebergs founder, designer and restaurateur Maurice Terzini didn’t disappoint when he threw his annual New Year’s Day bash at his famous venue in Bondi on Tuesday. Oysters with champagne vinaigrette and anchovy pepper tarts were just some of the delicious canapes served throughout the day, washed down with free-flowing Perrier Jouet Champagne, Ciroc Vodka cocktails and Tanqueray G&Ts.

With tunes by Sneaky Sound System and Mambo Brothers, the dance floor was filled with an eclectic bunch of cool, sexy fashionistas and musos.

Signs in the bathroom read: “Please respect the premises.
