Murphy was doubled over by an apparent knee to the ribs from Giants ruckman Shane Mumford in an incident likely to be assessed by the match review officer.
Murphy will be scrutinised for the heavy hit to Murphy who was on the ground competing for the ball when Mumford arrived from the side and collided with him.
The video review will concentrate on whether Mumford drove his knees into Murphy’s side or if it was just accidental injury as part of a contest.
Murphy was taken from the ground in pain before being taken to hospital for X-rays and assessment.
