A middle-aged man and a teenager have been stabbed after a house party attended by hundreds of people was gatecrashed.
Police say early reports indicate an argument began after gatecrashers made their way into the party of 300-400 people at Tumbi Umbi, on the Central Coast, about 8pm on Friday.
The man, aged in his early 50s, was stabbed in the leg and airlifted to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital, while the teen was stabbed in the lower back and taken to nearby Gosford Hospital. Both were in a stable condition.
Police said three males were arrested in a nearby car and taken into custody to assist with inquiries.
