Three teenagers have been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash about 20 kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD.
Paramedics, including critical-care paramedics, were called to Folkstone Avenue at Albany Creek just after 5am on Sunday.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said two teenagers were trapped in one vehicle for 30 minutes until they were freed.
“Firefighters used cutting gear to open the doors before they were in the hands of (Queensland Ambulance Service),” he said.
One teenager in a critical condition and two others in stable conditions were taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
