Two men deny rural Queensland stabbing murder

Two men have pleaded not guilty to murdering another man who was fatally stabbed at a Queensland property in 2016.

Gary Ryan, 43, was taken to hospital after being found with critical stab wounds at a Mundubbera property but could not be saved.

Queensland man Stephen Peter Crump and Trevor Spencer, of NSW, pleaded not guilty to murder on Monday in the Brisbane Supreme Court.

Spencer pleaded guilty to manslaughter but the Crown did not accept that lesser plea.
