Wentworth Con, billed as the first “official fan event dedicated to the hit Australian drama”, has been announced to take place in Melbourne on June 13-14. Kate Jenkinson, who plays inmate Allie Novak, is the first cast member confirmed for the event, which will include panels, audience Q&As and photograph and autograph signing sessions. The eighth season of the lauded prison drama will premiere on Foxtel in June. Tickets to the convention go on sale on April 13.
