Suncorp has secured a lease at 22 Lambs Road, Artarmon, Sydney

Suncorp has secured a 3,508 sq m office/warehouse at 22 Lambs Road from a private investor. The bank has inked the lease for 10 years at $270 per sq m gross. The recently refurbished premises offers 38 car park spaces and access via two high-clearance roller doors. CBRE’s Geoff Hunt, Peter Mangraviti and Ben Byford managed the campaign.

Sydney

Refine Health International Pty Ltd has leased an 82s q m office including balcony and fit out at Unit 94/Level 2, 515 Kent Street from One Asset Management Fund Pty Ltd at $539 per sq m gross. The tenant sought fitted premises with hard flooring and plumbing close to Town Hall. The lease term is two years. John Skufris, Ray White Commercial South Sydney.

Granville

Private investor Battaglia has sold a 92 2sq m development site at 95-99 Blaxcell Street to a private buyer for $2.13 million. The property is zoned for a neighbourhood centre but has potential for childcare, Shop top housing, Medical centre, community facilities and shops/supermarkets. There is frontage to Blaxcell Street and it is opposite Woolworths Granville and New Atelier residential development. CBRE’s Robert Dowdy and Lord Darkoh negotiated the sale.

Frasers Property

Frasers Property has undertaken a reshuffle of its senior management with current chief financial officer Anthony Boyd to succeed Rod Fehring as chief executive of Frasers Property Australia, from October 1. Mr Fehring will become the executive chairman and will continue to chair Frasers Property Industrial and Frasers Property UK. Olivier Lim will step down as non-executive Chairman of Frasers Property Australia and remain as advisor to the Group.

Colliers International

Colliers International has appointed Henry Burke as national director, development sites after nine years managing the Sydney North investment services division. Throughout the last five years Henry has transacted in excess of $1 Billion in sales. Mr Burke joins the team NSW team led by Guillaume Volz and Eugene White.

Radisson

Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Nisha Menon as its new general counsel, Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Nisha sits on Radisson Hotel Group’s Asia Pacific executive committee and will report directly to Katerina Giannouka, president, Asia Pacific.
