Time Matrix Consulting Pty Ltd has leased a 92 sq m partitioned strata titled office including balcony at Suite 29/Level 17, 327-329 Pitt Street from M & S BT Pty Ltd at $544 per sq m gross. The lease term is three years. John Skufris, Ray White Commercial South Sydney negotiated the lease.

Fire equipment manufacturer and wholesaler FlameStop Australia has outlaid $5.05 million for new 926 sq m building on a1450 sq m site 13 Chaplin Drive. The property includes a 40ft container access and a high clearance warehouse. CBRE’s Peter Mangraviti and Geoff Hunt negotiated the sale on behalf of Quality Fresh Fruit Export Pty Ltd.

Expert Teeth has purchased a new facility in the heart of Chatswood’s industrial precinct for $1.43 million from a private investor. The dental group will move into Unit 27 of the Northlight complex at 28 Barcoo Street, setting up a laboratory in the 287 sq m space. CBRE’s Ben Byford and Peter Managraviti managed the sale on behalf of the vendor, Sana Investments Pty Ltd
