A delivery truck has crashed onto railway tracks in Brisbane’s bayside, stopping trains in both directions on Friday morning.
Commuters on the busy Cleveland line have been slugged with hour-long delays after trains were suspended between Lota and Lindum stations.
The driver reportedly lost control of the wheel and the truck slid down an embankment near Manly station.
Alternative transport has been arranged to move commuters into the city.
Paramedics assessed the driver, aged in his 20s, for minor abrasions and he declined transport to hospital.
Authorities were still working to move the truck off the tracks.
