A Como restaurateur is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman after befriending her and her partner at his Preston Street pizzeria.
Police allege Alberto Nicoletti, 29, sexually assaulted the woman at a home on Parke Street in South Perth in September 2018, shortly after meeting her at Lago di Como restaurant.
The woman, aged in her 30s, is the seventh victim to come forward and accuse Mr Nicoletti of rape after police released security footage of two men exiting a Scarborough beach public toilet in March shortly after a woman was sexually assaulted inside.
The vision shows one man washing his hands while the other buttons up his shirt.
Mr Nicoletti and his friend, Vincenzo Mineo, 36, are accused of befriended the woman at the nearby Lookout Bar, telling her they were gay and asking her if she would like to take cocaine with them in the disabled public toilet.
After she agreed, the pair allegedly raped her before returning to a different bar on the beach strip and separately assaulting two other women.
Mr Nicoletti is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the car park of his restaurant in 2016.
Four years later, police claim he offered a lift to a woman who had fallen on the pavement near the Windsor Hotel in South Perth and raped her at her home.
In December 2020, he is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Henry Summer in Northbridge and in July, he is accused of posing as an Uber driver and assaulting a woman he picked up outside the Hip-E Club in Leederville.
